- The Promotion is only applicable for Best Available Rate with a minimum of 2 nights stay at the selected properties listed below:

- The complimentary breakfast is applicable to all days of booking.
- Full payment is required at the point of booking, and must be made with an eligible American Express® Card.
- "Eligible American Express Cards" are qualifying personal American Express Cards issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore only.
- American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank Limited, United Overseas Bank Limited and Citibank Singapore Limited are not eligible.
- American Express Corporate Cards and Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card are not eligible.
- The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and services.
- The Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, rewards, loyalty programmes, promotions, discounted items, and fixed price items (unless specified).
