- Reservation is subject to availability and on first-come, first-served basis.
- Registration is limited to Centurion/Platinum Member and one guest unless otherwise stated.
- All payment must be made with The Centurion Card or The Platinum Card.
- Once booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Please inform your Concierge of any dietary restrictions in advance.
- Alcohol will only be served to those within the ages of consent for consumption of alcohol. Please drink responsibly.
- American Express does not assume liability for (i) injury or bodily harm or (ii) loss or damage to property, howsoever caused, arising from, or in connection with these events, benefits and privileges.
- Event is confirmed at time of print but may be subject to changes without any prior notice or liability to any party.
- Please note that some form of recordings may take place during the event, including photography, video and/or audio recording. By attending the event, you give your consent for your image or voice (‘data’) to be recorded at the event and for such data to be used or quoted in internal printed materials at American Express and/or external media channels (including social media sites).
- American Express reserve the rights to amend the Terms and Conditions listed or terminate the event, at any time without prior notice.
PLATINUM VIBES Terms and Conditions:
- Access to the American Express PLATINUM VIBES Lounge (“Lounge”) is complimentary for Centurion or Platinum Members (both Basic and Supplementary Centurion or Platinum Members) for an exclusive period from 30 July to 31 December 2018.
- Centurion or Platinum Members may enter the Lounge with their guests at no additional charge.
- To access the Lounge, the Centurion or Platinum Member must present the Lounge concierge with The Centurion® Card or The Platinum Card® and a government issued identification document (name on The Centurion Card or The Platinum Card should match the government issued identification document) upon each visit. Failure to present this documentation may result in access being denied.
- Any complimentary food and/or beverages offered at the Lounge is at American Express’s discretion and subject to change from time to time.
- A Centurion or Platinum Member must be of legal drinking age to consume any alcoholic beverages at the Lounge.
- American Express may at its absolute discretion impose charges of such amounts as may be determined by American Express for any services, beverages, food or the use of any facilities of the Lounge by Centurion or Platinum Members or their guests. American Express shall have the right at any time to vary any such charges at the Lounge. All charges at the Lounge must be paid by The Centurion Card or The Platinum Card and shall be subject to applicable taxes and service charge.
- Access and use of the Lounge is at all times subject to all policies, rules, restrictions and conditions imposed by American Express from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion. American Express reserves the right to revise such policies, rules, restrictions and conditions at any time without notice. American Express will not be liable for any articles lost or stolen or any damages suffered or incurred by any Centurion or Platinum Member or their guests inside the Lounge.
- American Express reserves the right to restrict the entry of any person and to remove any person from the Lounge at its discretion, including without limitation for inappropriate behaviour or failure to adhere to rules, including, but not limited to, conduct that is disruptive, abusive or violent.
- American Express does not guarantee or make any representation that the Lounge will be available for a Centurion or Platinum Member's use all the time and at any time. Reservations can be made through the Lounge concierge.
- Parking fees, as per charges levied by the building management, are applicable and will be borne by the Centurion or Platinum Member.
- The Lounge is located at Marina at Keppel Bay, #02-02/#02-02A/#02-03. American Express reserves the right to amend or vary the hours of operation:
• Monday – Tuesday: Closed
• Wednesday – Friday: 5.00pm to 12 midnight
• Saturday – Sunday: 12 noon to 12 midnight
