How do I change my online User ID or delete my Online Account?


To change your User ID, you will have to cancel your current online account and re-register with a new User ID.

You will need to remove all Cards individually from your online account to cancel your User ID.

After you complete this, you can create new User ID.

Customer support can help you manage your profile, make changes, or even close the account you've set up. Please log in using your User ID and Password to chat with us, or call the number on the back of your Card.
