Transaction Alerts

 

We will be providing alerts to you whenever a

transaction of S$1,000 and above is

made on your Card.

These alerts will be sent to you via SMS or Email.

 

Alternatively,  you can choose when to receive  transaction alerts by setting a transaction alert

threshold via your online account. 

 

Supplementary Card Members will have the choice to opt in to receive transaction alerts for transactions made on their Card Account. The alerts will be sent to the mobile number associated with the relevant Card Account. Supplementary Card Members can also log in to their own online accounts to opt in and manage their transaction alerts preferences. For more information, please click here for FAQs.

 

To make changes to the threshold amount or delivery preferences, log on to your Online Services Account at americanexpress.com.sg. If you have enrolled and indicated your alert preferences previously, they will remain unchanged. 

 

 

 

Extended Alerts


You will be receiving notifications of confirmation

from American Express each time you make a change

to the personal information on your Card Account

such as your billing address, mobile number or email address.

your spending and stay on top of your Account. 

 

Opt in to Account alerts.

Choose whether you want to receive alerts by text or email.

Put them on hold if you're travelling, or change the time zone they arrive in.
