Priority Pass
To get access to these lounges you need to show your Priority Pass as well as your same-day boarding pass before entering the lounge. Cardmembers must be enrolled prior to usage.
For main Cardmembers, four personal visits per year are included.
As a new main Gold Cardmember, you are automatically connected to Priority Pass and will receive your membership number via email within a few weeks.

What is included in my Lounge on-the-go?
Collect your Lounge on-the-go containing breakfast, lunch or dinner with one cold and one hot beverage at Taste by Nordrest, Espresso House, Ritazza or Pier Zero. Breakfast is served from opening until 11.00. Lunch/dinner is served from 11.00 until closing.
What do I need to collect my Lounge on-the-go?
When you arrive at Taste by Nordrest, Espresso House, Ritazza or Pier Zero, you must present your Amex Access Card, found in the Amex Experiences app, together with your boarding pass at the check-out.
Who can collect a Lounge on-the-go?
The main and supplementary Gold Cardmember is allowed to collect one Lounge on-the-go each.
How many times can I collect a Lounge on-the-go?
Once per day, per Gold Cardmember.
Please note that you need to present your Amex Access Card to use the benefit. Your physical Gold Card, mobile payment services and digital wallets are not valid for this benefit.
The benefit is valid for the Cardmember and the name on your Access Card therefore needs to be the same as the name on the boarding card.
The benefit is valid for departure only.
If the number of collected Lounge on-the-go packages exceed the permitted amount, you will be charged 300 SEK per additional package.

The Hotel Collection
The Hotel Collection-program benefits are available for new bookings of two or more consecutive nights made through American Express Travel.

Bookings must be made using an eligible Card, in the Cardmember's name, and that Cardmember must be traveling on the itinerary booked. Payment must be made in full with an American Express Card.
Benefits for The Hotel Collection reservation made via American Express Travel includes Noon check-in, late check-out and room upgrade are subject to availability; certain room categories are not eligible for upgrade. The Cardmember will also receive maximum US$100 Credit and additional amenity (if applicable) varies by property; the credit will be applied to eligible charges up to the amount of the credit. To receive the credit, the eligible spend must be charged to your hotel room and will be applied at check-out. Advance reservations are recommended for certain credits.
Credit must be used in conjunction with initial stay and cannot be carried over to another stay. and is not redeemable for cash and expires at check-out. Benefits must be used during the stay booked.
Benefits are applied per room, per stay (with a three-room limit per stay). Back-to-back stays booked by a single Cardmember, Cardmembers staying in the same room or Cardmembers traveling in the same party within a 24-hour period at the same property are considered one stay and are ineligible for additional The Hotel Collection benefits.

Dining by Amex

What is included in Dining by Amex?
Two courses for you and one guest are included in the benefit (starter and main course or main course and dessert). In case of exceptions or another setup, this is communicated in connection with the reservation and upon arrival at the restaurant.
How do I book?
The Cardmember must make the reservation via the link American Express communicates in the Amex Experiences app to use the benefit. Members can make reservations for more than two guests. However, if there is more than one Cardmember in the party, each Member must scan the QR code at the restaurant individually, covering themselves and one guest.
What do I need for my restaurant visit?
Reservation is required and you must scan the QR-code and present your Amex Access Card, found in the Amex Experiences app, to the staff upon arrival.
How many times can I use Dining by Amex?
The benefit may be used a maximum of one time per year, in connection with an active campaign period, per Gold Card account (main or supplementary Gold Card). American Express communicates active campaign periods via the Amex Experiences app and the offer is valid during the campaign period only.
Where can I use Dining by Amex?
The benefit is only valid at the restaurants that American Express communicates in the Amex Experiences app.
• Each restaurant decides which weekdays that are available for reservations (Sunday–Thursday at most restaurants).
• The benefit is not available for drop-in reservations.
• The benefit cannot be combined with other offers.
• The cardmember can choose one campaign period to use the benefit.
• Additional orders are to be paid for with your Gold Card at the restaurant.
