Who is allowed to enter the lounge?
The lounge is open for American Express Platinum main and supplementary Cardmembers plus one guest each.
What do I need to enter the lounge?
To enter, scan the QR code with the Experiences App and present your Access Card along with your same-day boarding pass to the staff at the entrance of the lounge.
How long can I stay in the lounge?
The Cardmember has access to the lounge for 3 hours before their flight departs.
Is there a limit to how many lounge entries I have?
You are welcome to visit the Nordic Lounges once per day. The Nordic Lounges benefit is valid for departure and if you have not already collected a Lounge on-the-go at the same airport.
• The Cardmember's name must correspond with the name on the boarding pass. The boarding pass must be valid for departure on the same day as the lounge visit takes place.
• American Express Business Cards or co-brand cards such as SAS Amex cards are not valid in the lounge.
• It is not allowed to bring food or beverages into the lounge.
• Strollers and baby carriages are not allowed in the lounge.
• Please note American Express has the right to revoke activated Access Card if the holder does not meet the requirements above.

Lounges in Sweden
American Express Lounge by Pontus Frithiof
American Express Lounge by Pontus Frithiof offers a premium dining menu with carefully selected dishes signed Pontus Frithiof, a diverse range of beverages and complimentary Wi-Fi, allowing you to relax and unwind.
Location: At the Marketplace between Gate E and F, Terminal 5 at Arlanda.
Opening hours: Monday–Sunday, 05:00–19:30 (last order 19:00)
Please note the Temporary Opening Hours during Wednesday, 24/12 05:00–15:00.
If you have additional family members in your travelling party, they are welcome to enter the lounge for an entry fee of 500 SEK per adult and 250 SEK per child (3–12 years).
American Express Lounge by Pontus Frithiof is a departure lounge. This means that you cannot access the lounge if you arrive at Arlanda from another destination.
If you have any allergies or food preferences, please notify the lounge team on site and they will assist you.
• Consider the volume when talking on the phone, and please use headphones if you want to watch a movie.
• All children are welcome in our lounge; however, we are unable to prepare any food beyond what is on the menu, and we have a limited number of highchairs available.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to provide printouts.
• Please note that the lounge is cash free.
• The lounge is a place to relax, but please note that sleeping in the lounge is not allowed due to restaurant regulations.
• Please note that bringing your own food into the lounge is not allowed.

The Centurion Lounge
Is there a limit to how many lounge entries I have?
You have unlimited complimentary access to The Centurion Lounges and all food, drinks, other amenities and services within the lounge are complimentary.
What do I need to enter the lounge?
Present your Platinum Card and, upon request, your same-day boarding pass and a government-issued ID.
Who is allowed to enter the lounge?
You may enter with up to two (2) complimentary guests.
Additional American Express Collection Partner Lounges
Is there a limit to how many lounge entries I have?
You get unlimited complimentary access to additional American Express Collection Partner Lounges. In the Nordics, the American Express Lounge by Pontus Frithiof at Arlanda is part of this lounge program. Please note that entry to the American Express Lounge by Pontus Frithiof at Arlanda is not valid upon arrival and Nordic Platinum Cardmembers can either choose to visit the lounge or to pick up a Lounge on-the-go per day.
What do I need to enter the lounge?
To enter the American Express Lounge by Pontus Frithiof, Nordic Platinum Cardmembers scan the QR code with the Experiences App and present the Access Card along with their same-day boarding pass. International Platinum Cardmembers present their valid Platinum Card, a government-issued I.D., and a same-day boarding pass.
Who is allowed to enter the lounge?

Plaza Premium Lounges
Is there a limit to how many lounge entries I have?
You can enjoy unlimited, complimentary access to Plaza Premium Lounges at over 100 locations.
What do I need to enter the lounge?
To access the lounge, show your Platinum Card together with your same-day boarding pass at the entrance.
What do I need to enter the lounge?
You can bring one (1) guest, and your Platinum supplementary Cardmember is also allowed to bring one (1) guest.
Delta Sky Club
Is there a limit to how many lounge entries I have?
You have unlimited complimentary access to Delta Sky Club lounges and all food and drinks and other amenities and services within the lounge are complimentary.
What do I need to enter the lounge?
Show your Platinum Card together with your boarding card at the entrance. Boarding pass must show a reservation for a same-day Delta-operated flight (Delta or Delta Connection) departing from or arriving at the airport in which the Delta Sky Club is located.
Who is allowed to enter the lounge?
Platinum Cardmembers are allowed to enter the lounge. Guests are allowed for a fee.
Priority Pass
As a new main Platinum Cardmember, you are automatically connected to Priority Pass and will receive your membership number via email within a few weeks.
Is there a limit to how many lounge entries I have?
You have unlimited complimentary access to Priority Pass Lounges.
What do I need to enter the lounge?
You need to show your Priority Pass as well as your same-day boarding pass before entering the lounge. Cardmembers must be enrolled prior to usage.
Who is allowed to enter the lounge?
The Platinum Cardmember and one (1) guest.
Lufthansa Business Lounges
Is there a limit to how many lounge entries I have?
You have unlimited complimentary access to the Lufthansa Business Lounges.
What do I need to enter the lounge?
To enter any of the lounges, show your valid Platinum Card, government issued photo I.D., and confirmed seat on a same-day Lufthansa Group boarding pass.
Who is allowed to enter the lounge?
Platinum Cardmembers are allowed to enter the lounge. Certain locations will allow guests for a fee.
Escape Lounges
Is there a limit to how many lounge entries I have?
You have unlimited complimentary access to the Escape Lounges.
What do I need to enter the lounge?
To enter, show your valid Platinum Card, government issued I.D. and same-day boarding pass.
Who is allowed to enter the lounge?
You may bring up to two (2) guests when visiting the lounge.
The Centurion® Lounge
Platinum Card Members have unlimited complimentary access to all locations of The Centurion Lounge. Gold Card and Green Card Additional Cards on your Platinum account are not eligible for complimentary access. Guest access policies vary by location and are subject to change. Please visit TheCenturionLounge.com for more information on individual lounge access policies. All access to The Centurion Lounge is subject to space availability. To access The Centurion Lounge, Platinum Card Members must arrive within 3 hours of their departing flight and present The Centurion Lounge agent with the following upon each visit: their valid Card, a boarding pass showing a confirmed reservation for a departing flight on the same day on any carrier and a government-issued I.D. Note that select lounges allow access to Card Members with a confirmed reservation for any same-day travel (departure or arrival). Refer to the specific location’s access policy for more information. Failure to present this documentation may result in access being denied. Card Members must be at least 18 years of age to enter without a parent or legal guardian. All Centurion Lounge visitors must be of legal drinking age in the jurisdiction where the Lounge is located to consume alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly. Priority Pass
This benefit is available to main Platinum Card Members. Platinum Card Members may enroll in the Priority Pass™. Additional Gold Card Members are not eligible. Priority Pass is an independent airport lounge access program. You acknowledge and agree that American Express will verify your Card Account number and provide updated Card Account information to Priority Pass. Priority Pass will use this information to fulfill on the Priority Pass program and may use this information for marketing related to the program. Once enrolled, Platinum Card Members whose Card account is not cancelled may access participating Priority Pass lounges by presenting your Priority Pass card and airline boarding pass. If the Card Account is canceled, you will not be eligible for Priority Pass and your enrollment will be cancelled. When visiting a Priority Pass lounge that admits guests, Main Platinum Card Members receive complimentary access for one accompanying guest. After one guest, the Card Account on file with Priority Pass will be automatically charged the guest fee of the Priority Pass Standard program for each additional guest after you have signed up for the additional guest visit and it has been reported to Priority Pass by the participating lounge. Some lounges limit the number of guests or do not admit guests. In some lounges, Priority Pass member must be 21 years of age to enter without a parent or guardian. Plaza Premium Lounges
This benefit is available to Platinum Card Members. Additional Gold Cards and Additional Green Cards on Business Platinum accounts, and Additional Gold Cards on Consumer Platinum accounts, are not eligible for complimentary access through the Global Lounge Collection benefit. Card Members receive complimentary access to any global location of Plaza Premium Lounges. Maximum one visit per day. Card Member must present their valid Card, a confirmed boarding pass for same-day travel on any carrier and government-issued I.D. In some cases, Card Member must be 21 years of age to enter without a parent or guardian. Card Members (i.e., Main- and Supplementary Platinum Card member) may bring one (1) guest each into Plaza Premium Lounges as complimentary guests. Card Member must adhere to all house rules of participating lounges. Card Members and their guests will receive all of the complimentary benefits and amenities afforded to the Plaza Premium Lounge customers, as well as access to purchase non-complimentary items. Some product features may be subject to additional charges. Plaza Premium Lounge locations are subject to change.
Lufthansa
This benefit is available to Platinum Card Members. Additional Gold Cards and Additional Green Cards on your Platinum Card account are not eligible for complimentary access. Platinum Card Members have complimentary access to select Lufthansa Business Lounges (regardless of ticket class) and Lufthansa Senator Lounges (when flying business class) when flying on a Lufthansa Group flight. To access the Lufthansa lounges, Platinum Card Member must present their valid Platinum Card, a government issued I.D., and a same-day departure boarding pass showing confirmed reservation on a Lufthansa Group flight (Lufthansa, SWISS and Austrian airlines). Card Members must adhere to all rules of participating lounges. Participating lounges and locations subject to change without notice. Delta SkyClub
This benefit is available to the Platinum Card Members. Platinum Card Members must present their valid American Express Card, government-issued I.D., and boarding pass to the Delta Sky Club ambassador. Boarding pass must show a reservation for a same-day Delta-operated flight (Delta or Delta connection) departing from or arriving at the airport in which the Delta Sky Club is located. Name on boarding pass must match name on the Card. Eligible Platinum Card Members on departing flights can only access the Delta Sky Club within 3 hours of their flight's scheduled departure time. During a connection between Delta-operated flights on the same ticket, you may use the Delta Sky Club in your connecting airport at any time during the layover. Delta reserves the right to limit access for non-revenue flyers at any Delta Sky Club. Additional Gold Cards and Additional Green Cards on Business Platinum accounts, and Additional Gold Cards on Consumer Platinum accounts, are not eligible for complimentary access through The Global Lounge Collection benefit. All Escape Lounge visitors must be of legal drinking age in the jurisdiction where the Lounge is located to consume alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly. Card Members and their guests will receive all of the complimentary benefits and amenities afforded to the Escape Lounge customers, including access to purchase non-complimentary items. Additional Global Lounge Collection Partner Lounges
American Express offers access to additional lounges in the Global Lounge Collection where Platinum Card Members have unlimited complimentary access to participating locations. Card Members must present their valid Platinum Card, a government-issued I.D., and a boarding pass showing a confirmed reservation for same-day travel on any carrier. Guest access and associated fees are subject to the terms and conditions of the participating lounge provider. Participation, locations, rates, and policies of lounges are subject to change without notice, and Card Members and their guests will not be compensated for such changes. Amenities, services, and hours may vary by participating lounge and are subject to change without notice. What is included in my Lounge on-the-go?
Collect your Lounge on-the-go containing breakfast, lunch or dinner with one cold and one hot beverage. Breakfast is served from opening until 11.00. Lunch/dinner is served from 11.00 until closing.
What do I need to collect my Lounge on-the-go?
When you arrive at La Girafe Arlanda, Espresso House, Ritazza or Pier Zero, you must present your Amex Access Card, found in the Amex Experiences app, together with your boarding pass at the check-out.
Who can collect a Lounge on-the-go?
The main and supplementary Platinum Member is allowed to collect one Lounge on-the-go each, plus 1 guest each.
How many times can I collect a Lounge on-the-go?
Once per day, per Platinum member.
The Lounge on-the-go benefit is valid for departure and if you have not already visited the lounge at the same airport.
Please note that you need to present your Amex Access Card to use the benefit. Your physical Platinum Card, mobile payment services and digital wallets are not valid for this benefit.
The benefit is valid for the Cardmember and the name on your Access Card therefore needs to be the same as the name on the boarding card.
The benefit is not valid upon arrival and the Cardmember can choose to either collect a Lounge on-the-go or to access an airport lounge.
If the number of collected Lounge on-the-go packages exceed the permitted amount, you will be charged 300 SEK per additional package.
Dining by Amex
Terms & Conditions
What is included in Dining by Amex?
Two courses for you and one guest are included in the benefit (starter and main course or main course and dessert). In case of exceptions or another setup, this is communicated in connection with the reservation and upon arrival at the restaurant.
How do I book?
The Cardmember must make the reservation via the link American Express communicates in the Amex Experiences app to use the benefit. Members can make reservations for more than two guests. However, if there is more than one Cardmember in the party, each Member must scan the QR code at the restaurant individually, covering themselves and one guest.
What do I need for my restaurant visit?
Reservation is required and you must scan the QR-code and present your Amex Access Card, found in the Amex Experiences app, to the staff upon arrival.
How many times can I use Dining by Amex?
The benefit may be used a maximum of one time per campaign period per Platinum account (main or Platinum supplementary card). American Express communicates active campaign periods via the Amex Experiences app and the offer is valid during the campaign period only.
Where can I use Dining by Amex?
The benefit is only valid at the restaurants that American Express communicates in the Amex Experiences app.
• Each restaurant decides which weekdays that are available for reservations (Sunday–Thursday at most restaurants).
• The benefit is not available for drop-in reservations.
• The benefit cannot be combined with other offers.
• Additional orders are to be paid for with your Platinum Card at the restaurant.
