American Express Customer Service Team
Should you need assistance, dedicated customer service representatives are on call 24/7 to help replace lost, stolen or damaged Cards, provide information on your monthly statements, answer enquiries about payment terms or explain your Card benefits.
Flexible spending privileges
There is no pre-set spending limit on your Card unless your company sets one. For your protection, we may call you to confirm your identity if you make a purchase that seems outside of your normal spending pattern. If you anticipate making an out-of-pattern purchase, you can avoid a phone confirmation by contacting our Customer Service Team in advance.
Online Account Management
Once you’ve signed up for Online Account Management, you can make payments, view statements, complete expense reports and manage your Membership Rewards® 24/7, anywhere Internet access is available. In agreement with your company’s policies, you may also receive monthly statements online.
To receive marketing related offers and news about Card benefits as well as special promotions and offers, login to your account and update your profile and preferences.
Express Cash
Cash access is available on the Gold Corporate Card, subject to application and approval. Your Programme Administrator can tell you whether your company participates in this program.1
Contactless, Apps and Wallets
Cardmembers can pay contactless with their Card directly or by adding their Card to their mobile wallet (Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay) and tapping to pay at thousands of stores that displays our contactless symbol. It’s a quick, easy and secure way to make payments. Simply touch your Card or phone on the reader, wait for the beep and you’re done.

Chip & PIN
Your Card uses Chip & PIN technology to provide extra security and convenience. Once you have activated your Card, you can personalise your PIN atany UK LINK cashpoint offering PIN services.
If you enter your PIN incorrectly three times, your Card will be temporarily locked. If this happens, contact the Customer Service Team for a PIN reminder. Use this to unlock your Card at any UK LINK cashpoint that offers PIN services, by following the on-screen instructions.

Exceptional Rewards
Our loyalty programme, Membership Rewards, rewards you for spending on almost any kind of essential business expenses, such as flights, hotels, taxis, entertainment, office supplies and telecoms. For every £1 of eligible spend, you earn one Membership Rewards point, which can be redeemed for flights (subject to applicable taxes, fees and charges), weekend breaks and a host of indulgent items and experiences.

Global Assist
Our 24/7 Global Assist Helpline provides valuable pre-trip information and global assistance during a medical, legal or personal emergency for you or a member of your dependent family, while travelling outside the UK. Global Assist services are included without fee; however, cash advances, medical, shipping and other costs are charged to your designated Card, therefore approval will be sought prior to incurring any costs.4

Should you need assistance whilst away on business, our 2,200 American Express Travel Service offices in 140 countries globally are staffed by English speaking professionals ready to provide:

Business Travel Accident Insurance
You will receive:
- Up to £225,000 travel accident benefit when travelling with a public vehicle during a business trip
- Up to £225,000 during a business trip for up to 30 days
- Up to £62,500 when travelling with a public vehicle during a personal trip
Travel Inconvenience Insurance
In the event of delayed or cancelled flights, it’s reassuring to know that your Card has you covered for the inconvenience of having to purchase food and clothes. Your Card covers you for situations such as:
- Up to £200 for flight delays/cancellations of more than four hours
- Up to £200 for missed connections
- Up to £200 luggage delays of more than six hours
- Up to £500 extended luggage delays of more than 48 hours
*Tickets must have been purchased on your American Express Corporate Gold Card.
Baggage and Personal Possessions Insurance
If you use your Corporate Gold Card to pay for travel to destinations outside your country of residence, you will receive insurance cover in case your personal baggage is lost, stolen or damaged. You receive cover of up to £3,500 (single item limit £480, subject to an excess of £95). This is in addition to the baggage delay cover you receive as part of your Travel Inconvenience Insurance.

Important Information
1. Express Cash: Please note that Express Cash application is subject to approval and activation (Terms and Conditions apply). Cash access is granted subject to and governed by the terms of the agreement between American Express and your Company and may be withdrawn at your Company’s request at any time. Please be aware that limits and fees apply. Each time you make an Express Cash transaction a charge will apply of 3% of the value withdrawn or a minimum charge of £3 will apply, whichever is greater.
2. Membership Rewards Programme: Enrolment required. Annual programme fee to enrol a Green and Gold Corporate Card is £30 + VAT. No enrolment fee applies to Corporate Platinum Card. Co-branded Corporate Cards are not eligible for enrolment. Participating Membership Rewards partners, available rewards, and point levels are subject to change without notice. Eligibility is based upon company's participation in the Membership Rewards programme. Membership Rewards points are not earned on Balance Transfers, Cash Advances, American Express Foreign Exchange transactions, interest, any spending in excess of your credit limit, charges for returned payments, late payment or referral changers and American Express Credit Card finance charges.
3. These Terms and Conditions govern Gold Corporate Card participation in and use of the Priority PassTM programme. Priority Pass is an independent airport lounge access programme. Corporate Gold Cardmembers receive two complimentary visits per year. Additional visits will be charged at the prevailing Priority Pass retail rate to a designated American Express Corporate Gold Card. Some lounges do not admit guests. By enrolling in Priority Pass, you agree that you will be responsible for any additional accompanying guest visits and that your Corporate Gold Card will be automatically charged after you have signed for the additional guest visit and it has been reported to Priority Pass by the participating lounge. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that American Express will verify your Card account number and provide updated Card account information to Priority Pass. Priority Pass will use this information to fulfil on the Priority Pass programme and may use this information for marketing related to the programme. Once enrolled, Gold Corporate Cardmember whose Card account is not cancelled may access participating Priority Pass lounges by presenting your Priority Pass card and airline boarding pass. In some lounges, Priority Pass member must be 21 years of age to enter without a parent or guardian. Priority Pass members must adhere to all house rules of participating lounges. Amenities may vary among airport lounge locations. Conference rooms, where available, may be reserved for a nominal fee. Priority Pass lounge partners and locations are subject to change. All Priority Pass members must adhere to the Priority Pass Conditions of Use, which will be sent to you with your membership package and can be viewed at www.prioritypass.com.
Enrolment is required, please sign up for your Priority PassTM membership card, by completing the enrolment form here. Upon receipt of your enrolment information, Priority Pass will send your Priority Pass card and membership package which you should receive within 4-6 weeks.
4. Global Assist Hotline: You must arrange all medical and visitor transportation. As the Global Assist Hotline is an assistance service. we cannot reimburse you for expenses you incur on your own. Please refer to the Global Assist Summary of Coverage for additional details and restrictions.

6. To enable you to use Pay with Points at checkout with PayPal, Amex will share information with PayPal about you such as details about your Card and your points balance. Review American Express’ Cardmember Privacy Statement and information on data sharing on our website. Please keep in mind that if you want us to stop sharing your details with PayPal, you will have to de-link your Membership Rewards points from your PayPal wallet. Once you de-link your Membership Rewards points, you will not be able to pay with points at checkout when using PayPal.
