Why is this necessary?
The Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Financing Regulation (AML) requires American Express to review your information regularly. This applies to all financial institutions. This prevents us from being obliged to suspend your Account.
How it works
Updating your information
Cardmembers and Companies will receive a communication requesting to update their personal details and/or company information. You will be asked to update your details via a link to a secure portal which you can also copy onto your browser.
