Purchase activity includes purchases made with your plastic Card or a mobile wallet, as well as pre-authorisations made on your Card by merchants like petrol stations and hotels, which are temporary and subject to change. If you also have notifications for a Card enabled in a mobile wallet, you may receive more than one notification.
The Amex App and features above are available only for eligible Card Accounts in the United Kingdom. American Express prepaid Cards and Cards issued by non-American Express issuers are not eligible. To log in, Cardmembers must have an American Express user ID and password or create one in the app. Touch ID is available for iPhone 5s and above with iOS 10+.
