How can I dispute a charge?

Before you open a dispute, please first contact the merchant directly.

 

You can dispute a charge by clicking here to view your transactions. Scroll down and select the transaction you would like to dispute.

 

Then click "Dispute this Charge" and follow the on-screen prompts.
