1. The following Offer (“Offer”) is valid from December 1 to December 31, 2022, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

2. Blackout dates apply: December 26 and 31, 2022.
   
   
3. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express^® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.

5. Reservations must be made at least one day in advance. All reservations must be pre-paid at the e-shop platform (https://www.buys.hk/cordis-hotels/html/the-place-2022-amex-checkout-en.html) or pre-paid at the restaurant one day before the buffet by settling the payment in full with Eligible Card (as defined in Clause 3 of the General Terms and Conditions).


6. For bookings on December 24 to 25, 2022, full pre-payment must be completed at the e-shop platform (https://www.buys.hk/cordis-hotels/html/the-place-2022-amex-checkout-en.html) by settling the payment with Eligible Card (as defined in Clause 3 of the General Terms and Conditions) on or before December 15, 2022. 


7. The child applies to children aged 12 and under. 


8. The Offer is not applicable to the 10% service charge.  


9. Alcoholic drinks are available to adults aged 18 or above only.


10. The restaurant’s opening hours may be adjusted due to regulations announced by the Hong Kong Government. For more details, please call the restaurant before making a reservation.


11. Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.


12. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons. 


13. The Offer is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services. 


14. Cordis, Hong Kong is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
    
    
15. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 
    
    
16. American Express and Cordis, Hong Kong reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

18. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Cordis, Hong Kong shall be final. 
    
    
19. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
