How do I enrol in Membership Rewards?

Enrolment varies depending on the type of American Express Card you have*. 

• If you hold a Personal Card, depending on your Card, you may be automatically enrolled in Membership Rewards. If your Card is not automatically enrolled in Membership Rewards, you can do so by calling the number at the back of your Card. 
• For Business Cards only individual Card Members, not companies, may participate in the program. Depending on your Card, you may be automatically enrolled in Membership Rewards. If your Card is not automatically enrolled in Membership Rewards, you can do so by calling the number at the back of your Card. 
• If you hold a Corporate Card, you may only enrol in Membership Rewards if your Company has chosen to participate in the program. Speak to your Company’s Program Administrator for more information. For Program Administrators, if your Company would like to participate in Corporate Membership Rewards please speak to your Account Manager or contact our servicing team on 1300 655 300.
