What can I use my Membership Rewards points for and how can I redeem them?

Our Membership Rewards program lets you choose from a wide range of rewards. Your points can be used to book eligible flights, hotels and car rental, for online Gift Cards, for Credit to your Card, to cover eligible Charges, to shop at major brands, or they can transferred to major airline, hotel and retail partners*.

To redeem your points: 

Via your Online Account

1. Log in to your Online Account
2. Go to 'Explore Rewards'
3. Go to 'Ready to Redeem'
4. Select how you want to redeem your points from the Catalogue

Via the Amex App

1. Go the Amex App 
2. Go to 'Membership' then 'Redeem Rewards'
3. Select how you want to redeem your points from the Catalogue
