1. Amex Racing Club
   American Express^® Cardmembers may obtain access to the Amex Racing Club located in the F1^® Fan Zone when they present a valid American Express^® Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards, including access for Cardmembers and one (1) guest to the Cardmember exclusive space on the second floor. All other race attendees can access the Amex Racing Club when they scan the QR Code on on-site event signage and complete the registration. Access provided on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to capacity limitations.
   
   The Amex Racing Club is open at the following times:
   Thursday 13:00 – 20:00
   Friday and Saturday 08:00 – 20:00
   Sunday 07:00 – 15:30
   Hours of operation may vary and are subject to change.
2. Amex Race Radios
   American Express^® Cardmembers can receive an American Express Race Radio when they present a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards, at any American Express Radio Booth. During select hours, other race attendees may be able to receive a Race Radio when they scan the QR Code on on-site event signage and complete the registration, at any American Express Radio Booth. Limit one (1) per person per day, while supplies last.

   These Offer Terms (including the Offer description above) set out the key terms of our Formula 1 British Grand Prix: Merchandise Offer. Please make sure you read these together with our General Offer Terms, which contain important additional terms, including information about when statement Offer Terms credits or points can be reversed or lost.Statement credits will be awarded for eligible transactions using your Card during the Offer period, as explained above and within these Offer Terms and General Terms. A statement credit should appear on your Card Account statement within 30 days from the date you made an eligible transaction, but in some instances could take longer. You can report missing cashback or statement credits by contacting us via the Amex^® App or by calling the number on the back of your Card. American Express will then take the appropriate steps to resolve your request within a reasonable timeframe.
   
   By saving the Offer to your Card, you agree to all our Offer Terms.
   This Offer is valid for American Express^® Cardmembers who enrol their eligible American Express Card, including but not limited to enrolment by visiting an American Express service point location on-site, and then make a qualifying merchandise purchase at an on-site store at the British Grand Prix between 2 July - 5 July 2026. Cardmembers must first enrol their eligible Card in the Offer and then use that same Card to make qualifying purchases. This offer is valid only for on-site merchandise purchases. Offer only applies to spend made in Great British Pound (GBP) on the Card to which the Offer is saved.
   
   This Offer only applies to purchases on the Card to which the Offer is saved (including where the Card has been added to a mobile wallet). If we send you a replacement Card following any fraud (or fraudulent activity) on your Card, and if the Offer is still available, you may need to save the Offer again to your replacement Card for you to be enrolled.Some payments made through certain “payment facilitators” will not be eligible and will not count towards your spend for the purposes of the Offer. A payment facilitator is an intermediary that accepts payments on behalf of the seller of the goods/services. Payment facilitators can include some online payment platforms/marketplaces, and entities that provide certain card acceptance products (such as mobile card readers) to sellers of goods/services.
   
   If the merchant offers an alternative way to make a payment, such as through a third-party payment facilitator which is not eligible under this Offer, this spend will not be eligible for statement credits and will be excluded from the Offer.
   
   Transactions that are subsequently cancelled or refunded will not count towards your spend for the purposes of the Offer.
   
   By enrolling and making a qualifying purchase, you acknowledge that to enable you to redeem the Offer, American Express may share certain transaction data and the first digits of your Account number with the merchant to reconcile and assess the Offer.    By enrolling in this offer, you agree to these terms and the Amex Offers^® Program Terms.
   
   Eligibility and Enrollment
   Enrollment is available online at AmericanExpress.com or by visiting an American Express service point location on-site. Eligible Card Members must first add offer to Card and then use same enrolled Card to make qualifying purchases. Only Consumer and Business American Express^® Cards issued by American Express in the US are eligible for this offer. American Express Prepaid Cards, Corporate Cards, Debit Cards, and American Express-branded Cards issued by other financial institutions are not eligible for this offer. Additional Cards on an eligible Card account are also eligible to enroll in this offer; however any rewards or credits earned will be applied to the Basic Card Member’s account. Each eligible Card must enroll separately in this offer and must individually make a qualifying purchase to earn a statement credit.
   Limit one enrollment per Card Member regardless of whether a Card Member has more than one eligible Card. Offers are non-transferable. Card Members must select one eligible Card to enroll and enrollment of an eligible Card in this offer extends only to that Card.

   Qualifying Purchases
   A qualifying purchase is a purchase of merchandise made on-site at the British Grand Prix between 7/2/2026 and 7/5/2026. Offer not valid for any other purchases including, but not limited to: race tickets, food and beverage concessions, parking, lounge access, gift cards, and purchases made online or via mobile app.
   Qualifying purchases must total a minimum of $100 USD, following conversion from a foreign currency, if applicable, in accordance with your Cardmember Agreement. Foreign currency conversion fees are not qualifying purchases and are not eligible to earn statement credits. Offer only valid on merchandise purchases made directly with a participating on-site merchant. Offer not valid on purchases made using third parties, such as resellers, delivery services, or other intermediaries.
   
   Statement Credit
   If you meet the offer requirements, the statement credit(s) will typically post to your account within 30 days after you make a qualifying purchase, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase. In some circumstances, it may take up to 90 days after the offer end date for statement credit(s) to post. Please call the number on the back of your Card if credit(s) have not posted to your account 30 days after you made the qualifying purchase. Accounts that are canceled at the time of fulfillment of the offer will not receive the credit(s). Credit(s) may not be received or may be reversed if an eligible purchase is returned, partially returned, refunded, canceled or modified.
   
   General

4. Amex Trackside Lounge
   American Express^® Cardmembers with a ticket that gives access to the F1^® Fanzone can reserve a session for themselves and up to one (1) accompanied guest in the Trackside Lounge, located in the F1^® Fanzone, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. Other race attendees may be able to reserve a session for themselves when they scan the QR Code on on-site event signage and complete the registration. Reservations are limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations must be made in person by visiting the Trackside Lounge entry agent. Limit one (1) session reservation per eligible Cardmember per day. Session reservations will be available from [7 am to 6 pm BST] each day for the race weekend. Cardmembers should arrive no later than 15 minutes after the start time of their reservation to avoid cancellation of their reservation. Cardmembers must depart promptly at the end of their reserved session. Once entered, Cardmembers and/or guests will be permitted to leave and regain entry during their allotted reservation session using the wristband provided on entry. Eligible American Express^® Cardmembers may also obtain access to the Platinum Pit Stop at the Amex Trackside Lounge when they present a valid Platinum or Centurion^® Card. Perks offered at the Pit Stop are available while supplies last. Limit one (1) of each perk per Cardmember per day.
5. Amex Priority Lane
   American Express^® Cardmembers and up to 1 accompanied guest may obtain access to the Cardmember Priority Lane for select F1^® activations in the F1^® Fan Zone by showing a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards.
6. Amex Charging Stations
   American Express^® Cardmembers may access the charging stations located at Vale, Stowe, Copse, Main Stage and F1^® Fanzone by tapping a valid American Express^® Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. A refundable £20 deposit will be required upon access.
7. Amex Presale Tickets^®
   Cardmembers have access to purchase Amex Presale Tickets for select events and select seats, during a specified period prior to the general on-sale dates for those events. Tickets must be purchased using an American Express^® Card. An American Express Prepaid Card cannot be used to purchase tickets. Amex Presale Tickets are sold by and fulfilled by third party ticket sellers (not American Express), and such tickets are subject to the rules, terms and conditions, prices and fees set by the ticket seller, event promoter and/or the venue. Amex Presale Tickets are subject to availability and supply may be limited. Not all seats may be offered; purchase limits and blackout dates may apply. For example, on tickets which are not available for public purchase. Refunds, exchanges, and resale may be prohibited by the ticket seller.
   
   Amex Reserved Tickets^®
   Amex Reserved Tickets may be purchased by American Express^® Cardmembers for select events and select seats, during a specified period. Tickets must be purchased using an American Express^® Card (including, for example, The American Express Platinum Card^®). An American Express Prepaid Card cannot be used to purchase tickets. Tickets are sold by and fulfilled by third party ticket sellers (not American Express), and such tickets are subject to the rules, terms and conditions, prices and fees set by the ticket seller, event promoter and/or the venue. Reserved tickets are subject to availability and supply may be limited. Not all seats may be offered; purchase limits and blackout dates may apply. For example, on tickets which are not available for public purchase. Refunds, exchanges, and resale may be prohibited by the ticket seller.
