How do I change my personal details on my Card Account?
You can update your personal information online, including:
- Billing address
- Telephone numbers
- Email address
- Financial Income
To change your Card Account details, log in to Online Services, select 'Account Management' from the navigation bar and then click ‘Edit Contact Details’. If you don’t already have one, set up an Online Account. You can also download the American Express® App to manage your Card Account.
