General Terms and Conditions

1. Buy-1-Get-1-Free on selected regular priced mini cake with drink set (Offer 1), 30% savings on pre-order of 5.5 inches whole cake (Offer 2), and 10% savings on délices products (Offer 3) are valid from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”) (Collectively "Offers").
   
2. To enjoy the Offers, Eligible Cardmember must settle the full payment with American Express^® Platinum Credit Card issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong (“Eligible Card”, such holders, "Eligible Cardmembers") during the Promotion Period. 
   
3. Eligible Cardmembers must spend on a physical Card of the Eligible Card to enjoy the Offers.
4. To enjoy the Offers, Eligible Cardmembers must specify the use of the Offers at the time of order.
5. Blackout dates apply: February 5-15, March 29-April 4, May 8-12, September 12-18, October 1-6, December 14-31, 2024.
6. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts.
7. Offers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services.
8. Offers are not applicable to private or corporate functions, catering, banquets, festive products, delivery services and orders from pre-ordering apps.
9. agnès b. HK Limited is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Eligible Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
10. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offers, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

13. Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express and agnès b. HK Limited shall be final.
14. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

1. Offer is valid from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
   
2. Buy-1-Get-1-Free on selected regular priced mini cake with drink set (available all day from Monday to Sunday, for dine-in and takeaway order) ("Offer 1") is valid during the Promotion Period.
   
3. During the Promotion Period, Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers of Eligible Card can enjoy the Offer 1 at the following Designated outlets of agnès b. CAFÉ (“Participating Outlets”):

5. The complimentary selected mini cake with drink set(s) from this Offer applies to the lowest price(s) of the ordered selected mini cake with drink set(s) in one transaction. Offer is applicable to both dine-in and takeaway orders. Each Eligible Cardmember can enjoy a maximum of three complimentary selected mini cake with drink sets in one transaction, i.e. purchase three or above selected mini cake with drink sets and get three complimentary selected mini cake with drink sets. Offer is not applicable to special drinks for festive seasons and bottled drinks. The complimentary selected mini cake with drink set must be redeemed immediately with the purchased selected mini cake with drink set.

4. Offer is applicable to 5.5 inches whole cake only.
5. Offer is applicable to takeaway orders only.
6. Order must be made at least 3 days prior to the pick-up date. The daily cut-off time is 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm will be considered orders made on the following day.
7. Each Eligible Cardmember can purchase a maximum of one 5.5 inches whole cake in each transaction.
8. The 5.5 inches whole cake is available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stock lasts. 
9. The pick-up location cannot be changed after confirmation. 
10. The cake message plaque cannot be changed after confirmation.    
11. Agnès b. HK Limited has the right to provide item(s) of equivalent dollar value to Cardmembers in the scenario of out of stock.
    
12. American Express and agnès b. HK Limited reserve the right to amend any of these Terms and Conditions and/or suspend or terminate the Offers at any time without prior notice.

Offer 3: 10% savings on délices products - Terms and Conditions
