1. Offer is valid from January 1 to December 31, 2024, unless otherwise stated.
2. Offer is not applicable on January 1, February 8-14, May 11-12, June 15-16, September 16-17 and December 20-26 & 31, 2024.
3. Offer is applicable to regular priced food items only.
4. Offer is not applicable to private functions, wedding banquets, purchase of cigarettes, cigars, beverages, hampers or coupons and vouchers.
5. Offer is applicable to a maximum of 12 persons per visit, inclusive of Cardmembers and subject to seat availability.
6. All dishes are subject to availability and can be changed without prior notice.
7. Offer is applicable to dine-in only.
8. 10% service charge applied and will be based on the original price.
9. Advance reservation is required and subject to seat availability.
10. The offer is available to holders of a basic or supplementary American Express Card, issued either by American Express or a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of AmericanExpress, unless otherwise stated.
11. Offer is not transferrable or redeemable for cash, or used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, vouchers or privileges, unless otherwise stated.
    
12. To redeem an offer, purchase should be charged in full to an American Express Card.
13. Participating merchant is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the offers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express International, Inc. or any of its affiliates (“American Express”) is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the offers and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
14. American Express and the participating merchant reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

16. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and the participating merchants shall be final.
17. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and non-English language versions, the English language version shall prevail.
