- The Offer is available to Cardmembers of Basic or Supplementary American Express® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express. (“Eligible American Express Card”, such Cardmembers, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period.
- To enjoy the Offer, all payments must be settled in full with Eligible American Express Card during the Promotion Period.
- Offer is valid from December 1, 2023 to February 29, 2024 (both dates inclusive)(“Promotion Period”).
- Offer is only available at all Cova Ristorante & Caffe in Hong Kong.
- Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and is non-refundable. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with COVA VIP/VVIP physical Card, coupons, vouchers, COVA app discount and e-vouchers, other promotional offers and discounts.
- The Offer is not applicable for purchasing COVA prepaid gift card and COVA gift vouchers.
- Offer is not applicable on buy 1 get 1 free special menu, promotional menu, collaboration menu, drinks menu and takeaway coffee bar menu.
- Offer is applicable for dine-in dinner starting from 6pm only. Advance reservation is recommended and subject to seat availability.
- 10% service charge applied and will be based on the original price.
- COVA HK is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/ or service that are made available pursuant to the Offer and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/ or services.
- American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- American Express and COVA HK reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and COVA HK shall be final.
- If the English version of these Terms and Conditions does not conform to the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
