The Emperor Hotel Terms and Conditions:
 

1. The following Offers (“Offers”) are valid from December 24 to 25 and 31, 2022, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
   
   ▪ Buy 3 get 1 free for Festive Semi-Buffet Lunch on December 24 to 25 & 31, 2022. (Price per Adult: HK$398; Price per Child: HK$228)  
   ▪ Buy 3 get 1 free for Festive Semi-Buffet Dinner on December 24 to 25 & 31, 2022.(Price per Adult: HK$498; Price per Child: HK$328)  
   
   
2. To enjoy the Offers, Cardmembers must settle the semi-buffet balance payment (deducted the reservation HK$800 deposit) with American Express^® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offers.

4. To enjoy the Offers, reservations must be made at least 1 day in advance, and a deposit of HK$800 is required for reservations. Deposit must be settled via FPS, bank transfer and cash only, and is non-refundable. For the details of reservations, please contact Monkey Café, The Emperor Hotel.


5. Child Price is only applicable to children aged 5 to 11.


6. The Offers are not applicable to the 10% service charge.  


7. The guest at a lower cost or value in the transaction will be free of charge and subject to 10% service charge based on the original price.


8. Eligible Cardmember can only enjoy the Offers for one table on each occasion, with a maximum of 12 diners per booking (including Eligible Cardmembers, aged 5 and above would be considered as 1 person). Special table management, splitting of table or bill is not allowed for the purpose of enjoying the Offers.


9. Alcoholic drinks are available to adults aged 18 or above only.


10. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons.


11. Offers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services.


12. The Emperor Hotel is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offers offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.


13. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offers, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.


14. American Express and The Emperor Hotel reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offers at any time without prior notice.

16. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and The Emperor Hotel shall be final.


17. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
