- After the order is successfully placed at JADE, Eligible Cardmembers will receive the printed vouchers with receipts for redemption during the designated collection period. For order that is placed via the hotel online store, email and phone call , Eligible Cardmember will receive an email from the hotel with a QR code. Please present the valid email with QR code for redemption.
- Redemption of purchased products is only available at JADE, 2/F, The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong during the collection period from 12:00NN to 9:30PM daily . Printed voucher(s) or the email from the hotel with QR code must be presented to receive your products. No delivery service will be available. The voucher(s) and QR code will be invalid after the designated collection period.

- Valid pudding voucher(s) or email with the QR code must be presented upon redemption. Each valid voucher/QR code can be used once only. Printed vouchers will be collected by Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel after the redemption. All vouchers and QR codes will be invalid after the collection period..
