1. The following Offer (“Offer”) is valid from November 30, 2022 to January 13, 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”) and the Collection Period is from January 9 to January 19, 2023, both dates inclusive ("Collection Period")

2. To enjoy the Offers, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express^®  Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.
   
   
3. For pudding orders, please call Gold Coast Hotel at +852 2452 8668, email yue@goldcoasthotel.com.hk,visit the Hotel's online store at (https://dining.goldcoasthotel.com.hk/en/2023-gch-cny-pudding-amex/) by using the promo code AMEX2023CNY or visit YUÈ in person during the promotion period. 


4. After the order is successfully placed at YUÈ in person, Eligible Cardmembers will receive the printed vouchers with receipts for redemption during the designated collection period. For order that is placed via email, phone, or hotel online store customer will receive an email from the hotel with QR code. Please present a valid email with QR code for redemption.


5. Redemption of purchased products is only available at Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel or Royal Pacific Hotel (China Hong Kong City, 33 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui) during the designated collection period from 12:00PM to 09:00PM daily. Printed voucher(s) or the email from the hotel with QR code must be presented to receive your products. No delivery service will be available. The voucher(s) andQR code will be invalid after the designated collection period.


6. Terms and conditions prescribed by Gold Coast Hotel apply, please refer to the printer vouchers or the confirmation email from the hotel for details.. .


7. Valid pudding voucher(s) or email with QR code must be presented upon redemption. Each valid voucher/QR code can be used once only. Printed vouchers will be collected by the Gold Coast Hotel after redemption. All vouchers and QR codes will be invalid after the designated collection period.


8. Gold Coast Hotel and American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the vouchers or confirmation email. Missing vouchers/QR codes will not be re-issued. 


9. This Offer is subject to availability and on a first come first served basis.
   
   
10. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, privileges or frequent flyer programs.


11. All payment is non-refundable.


12. Gold Coast Hotel is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offers offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.


13. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 
    
    
14. American Express andGold Coast Hotel reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offers at any time without prior notice.

16. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Gold Coast Hotel shall be final.


17. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
