Cafe Lagoon General Terms and Conditions:

1. Offers are valid from March 1 to December 31, 2023, unless otherwise stated. 
2. Offers are not applicable on April 5 & 7-10, May 1, 13-14 & 26, June 17-18 & 22, July 1, September 28-30, October 1-2 & 23 and December 22, 24-26 & 31, 2023.
3. Offers are not applicable to promotional menus, guest chef promotions, private functions, banqueting events, room service, ticket sales, cash vouchers, consumption other than buffets/à la carte (for example but not limited to cigarette, cigars, tobacco, wines, liquor, spirit).
4. Offers of buffets are applicable to a maximum of 12 guests per booking and subject to availability.
5. Non-refundable deposit should be settled in advance for bookings with 6 people or above. Restaurant opening days and hours may change without prior notice, please contact hotels in advance to confirm availability.
6. Buffets may serve in the format of unlimited orders with services to the tables, please check with staff when making reservations. 
7. Availability of dine-in service and seating arrangement will be subject to latest government regulation on social distancing and the mode of operation of participating restaurants.
8. Offers are applicable to dine-in only.
9. 10% service charge applied and will be based on the original price.
10. Advance reservation is required and subject to seat availability. Please state the offer when making reservation.
11. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts, privileges or claiming of Asia Miles; and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
12. The offers are available to holders of a basic or supplementary American Express Card, issued either by American Express or a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express, unless otherwise stated.
13. Offers are not transferrable or redeemable for cash, or used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, vouchers or privileges, unless otherwise stated. 
14. To redeem an offer, purchase should be charged in full to an American Express Card. 
15. Participating merchant is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the offers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express International, Inc. or any of its affiliates (“American Express”) is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the offers and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
16. American Express and the participating merchant reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 
17. Participating merchants’ terms and conditions apply - please check with the respective merchants for details. 
18. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and the participating merchants shall be final. 
19. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and non-English language versions, the English language version shall prevail.
