3. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express^®  Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.
   
   
4. To place order, please visit designated Mira eShop website to place your order online or purchase at the following restaurants during designated Promotion Periods:

5. Eligible Cardmembers can enjoy 10% service charge and tea condiment wavier when purchasing the Offer at designated Mira eShop website.


6. 10% service fee is calculated based on the original price of the menu including wine pairing package.


7. After the order is successfully placed at designated restaurants, Eligible Cardmembers will receive the printed vouchers with receipts for redemption. For order that is placed via the designated website, Eligible Cardmember will receive a confirmation email. Valid email with or voucher(s) must be presented upon redemption. Each valid email/ voucher can be used once only. The used Voucher will be collected. All Vouchers will be invalid after the expiry date of the promotion and will not be re-issued if lost or damaged..


8. Mira Dining shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the vouchers. Missing vouchers will not be re-issued.


9. Please make reservation at least 1 day prior to the dining date. Restaurants do not accept walk in. 


10. Offer is limited and while stocks last. 


11. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and/or promotions. 


12. Eligible Cardmembers have to choose the dining date and time for dine-in at the time of purchase the Offer at designated website / designated restaurants. 


13. Offer is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services. No cancellation or modification is accepted after the order is confirmed, including the dining date and time. 


14. Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to anyone who is under 18 years old in the course of  business. Staff person reserves the right to request identification at any time when serving or selling alcoholic beverages.


15. Mira Dining is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same. 


16. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
    
    
17. American Express and Mira Dining reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.
    
    
18. In case of any enquiry related to this promotion, please call the enquiry hotline shown at the back of your Card or our 24-hour customer service hotline at 2277 1010.
    
    
19. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Mira Dining shall be final.
    
    
20. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
