Terms and Conditions

1. The following Offer (“Offer”) is valid from September 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
   
   ▪ Enjoy 20% savings on Full Pet Grooming Services and a complimentary Pet Teeth Brushing session at your first visit to PRIVTAE i PETS.
   


2. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express^® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.   


3. Advance booking is required. Use of the offer must be indicated when making a reservation.

5. Offer is applicable to selected services in PRIVATE i PETS only.


6. Offer is only applicable from Monday to Friday (except black-out dates, public holidays and holiday eves). Black-out dates: December 17 to December 31, 2023.
   


7. Eligible Cardmember must patronize Pet Grooming Services before enjoying the complimentary Pet Teeth Brushing session.


8. Pet Grooming Services and the complimentary Pet Teeth Brushing session must be finished on the same booking date. 


9. Each Eligible Cardmember and each of the pet is entitled to enjoy the Offer once during the Promotion Period and the Offer is applicable to PRIVATE i PETS new customers only. Staff of PRIVATE i PETS reserves the right to use the Eligible Cardmember's phone number provided by the Eligible Cardmember to check the transaction record at PRIVATE i PETS. PRIVATE i PETS new customer refers to Eligible Cardmember do not have any transaction records at PRIVATE i PETS. 
   


10. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, promotional coupons or member discount.
    
    
11. Offer is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services.
    
    
12. Pacific Sun Limited is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
    
    
13. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
    
    
14. American Express and Pacific Sun Limited reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

16. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Pacific Sun Limited shall be final. 
    
    
17. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
