3. To enjoy the Offers, Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers must settle the full payment with American Express^® Cards issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong ("Eligible Cards", such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) during the Promotion Period. Cardmembers who settle with American Express^® US Dollar Card, American Express^® Corporate Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card are NOT eligible to enjoy the Offers. American Express Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are NOT eligible to enjoy the Offers.
   
4. Offers are applicable to the items on the E-Shop page from city’super's E-Shop Website only.
   
5. Offers are not applicable to the city’super E-Shop App.
6. During the Promotion Period, each Eligible Cardmember can use the promo code once only and enjoy the Offers once only.
7. Expired Offers will not be accepted, and no retrospective arrangements will be made. 
8. Offers are available while stocks last and on a first-come-first-served basis. 
9. Offers are applicable to designated Tasmanian Cherry items only. 
10. Pick up from city’super physical stores at Hong Kong only. The order lead time is about three (3) weeks upon the confirmation of the order. Eligible Cardmembers will receive notification of pick-up arrangements by phone call from city’super three (3) days before picking up day. For details, please check with city’super. 
11. Should the merchandise be found defective, an exchange of merchandise will be arranged by city’super. The exchange procedure will take about 1 to 2 weeks. For details, please check with city’super. 
12. super e and super e-gold members can earn loyalty points for the net purchase amount from Offer 1 or Offer 2. Relevant members are required to log in at the city'super E-Shop (online.citysuper.com.hk) before making the transaction with Eligible Cards to earn loyalty points and accumulate spending. No retrospective arrangements will be made. 
13. Transactions may be canceled due to seasonal stock shortage. Cancelled transactions or refunds will result in the automatic deduction of loyalty points and accumulated spending from the purchase, including any extra loyalty points and accumulated spending earned from specific promotions. 14. Offers are non-refundable, non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with super e-gold year-round discount, member reward eCoupons or any other promotional offers or coupons, unless otherwise specified. 
15. City Super Limited is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.  
16. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products and/or services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 
17. American Express and City Super Limited reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offers at any time without prior notice. 
18. Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express and City Super Limited shall be final.  
19. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
