- Free delivery services within Hong Kong are provided. Delivery lead time is about 3-8 weeks (depending on the specific batch ordered) upon confirmation of the order. Eligible Cardmembers will receive a notification of delivery arrangements by phone call from city’super 1 day before delivery. Should you require a change to the delivery date, a fee of HK$100 will be incurred for each modification. Eligible Cardmembers are advised to inspect the items upon receipt and to refrigerate the merchandise immediately. If delivery is requested to leave the merchandise in front of the residence door, property management office, or reception, the Eligible Cardmember assumes the risk regarding the quality of the merchandise. - Should the merchandise be found defective, an exchange of merchandise will be arranged. Merchandise ordered is non-refundable. The exchange procedure will take about 1 to 2 weeks. Eligible Cardmembers must visit designated city’super stores initiate the exchange and inspect the replacement items immediately, as no further requests will be accepted after leaving the store. Each order is limited to one exchange. For details, please check with city’super. For visible external issues (bruises, mold, rot), Cardmembers can take photos and contact city’super customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
