Terms and Conditions

1. The following offer (“Offer”) is valid from July 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

2. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express^® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.

4. Offer is available while stocks last. Each Eligible Cardmember is entitled to the Offer only once during the Promotion Period.
   
   
5. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, promotional coupons or member discount.


6. Offer is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services.


7. Eligible Cardmember who participates in this program agrees that any products acquired from this program shall be non-resalable to other 3^rd parties, and Shiseido Hong Kong Limited (“Clé de Peau Beauté") and reserves all rights for this breach.


8.  Clé de Peau Beauté is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer(s) offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.


9. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
   
   
10. American Express and Clé de Peau Beauté reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.
    
    
11. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Clé de Peau Beauté shall be final.

13. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
