1. The following Offer (“Offer”) is valid from January 7 to February 24, 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

3. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.

5. Offers can only be applied to COVA Retail Stores and Online Shop in Hong Kong.
   
   
6. Offers can only be used in purchasing Chinese New Year Puddings, Chinese New Year Chocolate & Bakery Giftboxes and Chinese New Year Hampers. 


7. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with COVA Privilege Card, coupons, vouchers, COVA app discount and e-vouchers, other promotional offers and discounts.


8. Offer is not applicable to transactions including discounted or specified items, or charges on plastic shopping bags, paper shopping bags, any delivery charges, gift wrapping charges.
   
   
9. All products are of limited quantity, while supplies last.
   
   
10. Offer is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services. 
    
    
11. COVA Hong Kong solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfilment of the Offer offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same. 
    
    
12. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 
    
    
13. American Express and COVA Hong Kong reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

15. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and COVA Hong Kong shall be final. 
    
    
16. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
