Promotion Terms and Conditions:
 

 

1. The following Offers are valid from April 27 to June 30, 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
   
   ▪ Offer 1: Receive a Hearts On Fire proportion scope set worth of HK$500 upon visit to Heart On Fire counters at designated Chow Tai Fook branches in Hong Kong.
   ▪ Offer 2: Receive a Rosewood gift card worth of HK$500 upon cumulative net spending of HK$90,000 or above on Hearts On Fire Jewellery within the same day.
   ▪ Offer 3: Receive two Rosewood HK$500 gift cards worth of a total of HK$1,000 upon cumulative net spending of HK$150,000 or above on Hearts On Fire Jewellery within the same day.
   ▪ Offer 4: Receive a Hearts On Fire proportion scope set worth of HK$500 upon visit to Heart On Fire counters at designated Chow Tai Fook branches in Macau.  
   (The above collectively referred to as “Offers”)
   
   
2. To enjoy the Offers, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express^® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offers.
   
   
3. Offers are applicable to the Heart On Fire counters at designated Chow Tai Fook branches in Hong Kong and Macau only (collectively, the “Eligible Branches”).
   
   
4. Eligible Cardmembers can enjoy all Offers listed at the same time.


5. All giveaways are of limited quantity and non-exchangeable, while stocks last.
   


6. All gifts are offered by third party merchants. Hearts On Fire Company Hong Kong Limited (Hearts On Fire) does not make any guarantees, warranties and commitments for the products or services in the gifts provided by the merchants. All disputes related to such products or services or other disputes with the merchants shall be handled and resolved through negotiation between the customers and the relevant merchants and such disputes are not related to Hearts On Fire and Hearts On Fire shall not be responsible for these matters.
   
   
7. Terms and conditions prescribed by Rosewood, Hong Kong (“Rosewood”) apply, please refer to the e-gift cards or printed gift cards for details.
   
   
8. The above specified amount of the Offers is calculated based on the cumulative net spending amount spent on purchases on Hearts On Fire Jewellery within the same day at the Eligible Branches.
   
   
9. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, promotional coupons or member discount.


10. Offers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services.
    
    
11. Hearts On Fire is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offers offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
    
    
12. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offers, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
    
    
13. American Express and Hearts On Fire reserve the right to change, cancel or supplement these Offers Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offers at any time when necessary without prior notice or reason.
    
    
14. In case of any enquiry related to these Offers, please call the 24-hour enquiry hotline shown at the back of your Card or the customer service hotline at 2277 1010 of American Express.
    
    
15. In the event of any dispute arising from these Offers, the decision of American Express and Hearts On Fire shall be final.
    
    
16. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Offer Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
