Terms and Conditions 

1. The following offer (“Offer”) is valid from October 2, 2025 to December 31, 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
   • Spending by an Eligible Card at the designated iHerb Hong Kong website (www.iherb.com/cl/amex-hk) or mobile application by entering the designated Promo Code “AMEXHK10” before completing payment at the payment page to enjoy 10% savings on the original price.
2. All payments must be settled in full with American Express^® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") ("Eligible Cards", such holders, "Eligible Cardmembers"), unless otherwise specified below, in order to enjoy the Offer. American Express Cardmembers settling with the American Express® Corporate Cards, US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card are not eligible to enjoy the Offer, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.
3. Incomplete, cancelled or refunded transactions, and transactions that are found to be fraudulent or are eventually cancelled or refunded will be considered as ineligible transactions. 
4. To enjoy the Offer, each transaction must be settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) with the Eligible Card.
5. Offer is not applicable for shipping fees (if any).
   
6. Unless otherwise specified, Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other products.
7. iHerb, LLC (“iHerb”) is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of the products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Offer and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
8. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9. American Express and iHerb are not liable for and will not indemnify Cardmembers for any failure in using the promo code whether because the promo code has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
10. American Express and iHerb reserve the rights to take legal action in case of any illegal deeds or abuse.

12. American Express and iHerb reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice, all matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of American Express and iHerb.
13. Besides these terms and conditions, the Offer is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by iHerb (if any). For details, please check with iHerb.
14. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
