1. The following Offer (“Offer”) are valid from August 19, 2025 to October 4, 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

2. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.
3. 12. American Express and Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong reserve the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions or terminate the offers without prior notice. In case of dispute, Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong’s decision shall remain final and binding.
13. Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
14. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

16. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Island Shangri-La shall be final.
17. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
