Terms and Conditions 

1. Enjoy up to 25% savings upon purchase of selected mooncakes, and enjoy 20% savings upon purchase of selected hampers with your eligible American Express^® Card (“Offer”). Offer is valid from August 18, 2026 to September 24, 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). 

2. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offers.

3. This offer is applicable to orders made on designated Shangri-La Boutique offer page by inputting a designated promo code "HKMAFAMEX" during checkout and settle the whole payment by Eligible Cards to enjoy the offer.

4. Offer is also applicable to orders made by phone call (+852) 2252 5279 (11:00 – 20:00 daily) or email (hungtong.khhk@thekerryhotels.com) and payments made at Festive Counter, locates at 1/F, Kerry Hotel Hong Kong, 38 Hung Luen Road, Hung Hom Bay, Kowloon with an Eligible Card.
5. To redeem the hampers, please place your order at least 3 working days prior to your preferred collection date. If certain products are unavailable upon receipt of the order, products with the same value will be substituted without prior notice. 

6. Offer is not applicable to delivery service.

7. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with Shangri-La Circle Points, other discounts, promotions, offers or vouchers. 

8. The offer will be calculated based on the original price.

9. No Shangri-La Circle Points will be earned when enjoying this offer.

11. Offer is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services. Discounts are not accumulative.

12. American Express and Shangri-La Group reserve the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions or terminate this offer without prior notice. In case of dispute, Kerry Hotel, Hong Kong’s decision shall remain final and binding. 

13. Kerry Hotel, Hong Kong is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offers offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same. 

14. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offers, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

16. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Kerry Hotel, Hong Kong shall be final.

17. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
