Terms and Conditions 

1. The following Offers (“Offers”) are valid from August 19, 2025 to October 6, 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). 

• “Buy-3-Get-1-Free” Gift Box, and up to 10% savings on selected Mooncake gift boxes.

2. To enjoy the Offers, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.

3. Offers are only valid for orders placed at Shanghai Lao Lao physical store. Cardmembers must present and use Eligible Card for full payment during the promotion period to enjoy this offer.

4. Offers are only applicable to "Lao Mooncake" gift box sets and does not apply to individual mooncake purchases.

5. Discount is not applicable for delivery service.

6. The free "Lao Mooncake" gift box will be the lowest-priced one.

7.  Orders are subject to availability. Limited quantities are available, while stocks last. and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
 

8. To redeem, please place your order at least 3 working days prior to delivery or pick up. If certain products are unavailable upon receipt of the order, products with the same value will be substituted. 
 

9. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher code or offer, unless otherwise stated.
 

10. Offers are subject to availability and Shanghai Lao Lao Terms & Conditions and reserve the right to decline orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid. For any enquiries, please contact Shanghai Lao Lao for further details. 

11. Offers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services. Discounts are not accumulative.

12.  American Express and Shanghai Lao Lao reserve the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions or terminate the offers without prior notice. In case of dispute, Shanghai Lao Lao’s decision shall remain final and binding. 
 

13. Shanghai Lao Lao is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offers offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
 

14. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offers, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

16. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Shanghai Lao Lao shall be final.
 

17. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
