- Enjoy 10% savings on the original price of The Peninsula Superior Lunar New Year Hamper (HK$2,988) and The Peninsula Deluxe Lunar New Year Hamper (HK$4,988) with your eligible American Express® Card at The Peninsula Boutique.
- To enjoy the Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.
- The Offer is available to The Peninsula Boutique in-store only. Online shop is not eligible.

- Offer is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services. Discounts are not accumulative.
- Merchandise is non-refundable and is not for re-sale or other commercial purposes.
- If the order is placed on a weekend or national holiday, it will be processed the following business day, delivery arrangement will be arranged within 3 days.
- Delivery hours are between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please send an email to enquiry.pml@peninsula.com if you need to request a particular delivery time.
- Delivery may be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. In this event, Peninsula Merchandising Limited will contact you by phone or e-mail the following business day to arrange an alternative delivery time.
- Peninsula Merchandising Limited solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfilment of the Offer offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
- American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- American Express and Peninsula Merchandising Limited reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

- In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Peninsula Merchandising Limited shall be final.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
