Terms and Conditions 

1. The following Offer (“Offer”) are valid from January 7, 2026 to February 15, 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). 

Enjoy 15% savings on the original price of selected Chinese New Puddings and Gift Boxes with your eligible American Express^® Card. Redemption Period is from February 1 to 15, 2026. 

2. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.

4. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. Online orders are processed daily from Monday to Sunday. A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of order placement. All online purchases are non-refundable. No cancellations, exchanges or modifications will be accepted once an order is confirmed.

5. Brilliant by Langham members are not eligible to earn Brilliant Points on any purchases made through the designated online shop page, including both fixed-price and member-discounted products. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers, including Member discount and Member benefits.
 

6. Offer are subject to availability and on a first come first served basis. 
 

7. Limited quantities are available, while stocks last. Out-of-stock merchandise will be substituted by similar items of the same value without prior notice. 
 

8.  Online purchases cannot be used to redeem other products or gift vouchers, nor may they be resold or used in promotional activities without prior consent from The Langham, Hong Kong.

9. Expired vouchers will be forfeited and will not be reissued or extended. A valid electronic voucher with a unique QR code must be presented upon redemption. Each voucher is valid for a single use only and will not be replaced if lost, defaced, or damaged.
 

10. The Langham, Hong Kong is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same. 

11. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
 

12. American Express and The Langham, Hong Kong reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate this promotion and any relevant offer and to amend the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

14. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and The Langham, Hong Kong shall be final.
 

15. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
