Terms and Conditions of Asiana Airlines Flights Booking Offer:

1. The following Offer (” Offer”) is valid for bookings made from April 21, 2026 12:01am [GMT+8] to June 30, 2026 11:59pm [GMT+8] (“Booking Period”). Travel periods for flights are from  April 21, 2026 to November 30, 2026 HKT, both dates inclusive (“Travel Period”).
   
   ▪ Up to 10% savings on ticket price to selected Korea destination (excluding flight OZ722),
   ▪ Up to 5% savings on ticket price of OZ722 to selected Korea destination, and
   ▪ Up to 8% savings on purchase to selected U.S destination
   
   
2. To enjoy the Offers, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offers.
3. During the Booking Period, eligible Cardmembers who book selected flights with eligible American Express Cards via the designated Asiana Airlines website are entitled to the Offer. The information displayed on the booking page is final.
4. For payments made without eligible Cards, Asiana Airlines will charge a fare difference and reissue fee, if applicable, at the departure airport check-in counter on the day of departure. 
5. The promo code can only be used at the designated Asiana Airlines Website.
6. The Offer is appliable for a maximum of 9 travelers per booking.
7. The Offer is only appliable for flight ticket booking(s) issued in Hong Kong and originating from Hong Kong (HKG), one-way and round-trip Business/Economy Class only.
8. The Offer is only appliable for selected flight ticket booking(s) departed from Hong Kong.
9. The Offer cannot be used on open-jaw, stopover, multi-city, package, redemption ticket, codeshare flights and other channels.
10. Ticket validity, rebooking and cancellation fees differ according to cabin class and fare category.
11. The Offer is not applicable for fuel surcharges, taxes, cancellation or change fees/penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges.
12. Unless otherwise specified, Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotional offers or other offers. Flight tickets are not able to be transferred.
13. Discount is applied on fare selection and will not be shown in the final receipt. It is the responsibility of the eligible Cardmembers to select the right fares with discounts applied by looking out for the coupons indicating discounted fares.

15. Fares are subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the real-time displayed ticket prices for booking.
16. Seats are limited and are subject to availability of the relevant booking class.
17. Blackout dates, seasonal surcharges, and weekends surcharges may apply. Please refer to the fare rules for details at the time of booking.
18. Please refer to the fare rules at the time of booking for changes, cancellations, and no-show conditions.
19. Standard child/infant discount applies.

21. Asiana Airlines is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to eligible Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
22. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by
    law.
23. American Express and Asiana Airlines are not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.

25. American Express and Asiana Airlines reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice, all matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of American Express and Asiana Airlines.
26. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
