1.      The Ritz-Carlton 'The Ritz-Carlton Elevated Indulgence' (“Offer”) is valid from booking between November 21, 2024 and June 30, 2025 (“Book Period”), stay and pay in full with eligible American Express Card between November 22, 2024 and June 30, 2025  (“Stay Period”), both dates inclusive. 'The Ritz-Carlton Elevated Indulgence' Offer:

Offer Package A: Deluxe Room

2.       The F&B and Spa Experience credit is only eligible at selected F&B outlets and Spa (Subject
to the hotel's discretion) during the applicable stay at participating The Ritz-Carlton properties. For details of
the selected F&B outlets and Spa Cardmember could confirm with participating properties during check-in.

3.      Bookings and payments are strictly to be made via Marriott Bonvoy App, ritzcarlton.com, or Marriott Bonvoy official website as a Marriott Bonvoy member, by American Express Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”). All American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offers. To enjoy the offer, full payment of stay must be made using an eligible American Express Card during the Stay Period.

6.       All rates are on a per room, per night basis, single or double occupancy and subject to local taxes, service charges and availability.

7.       Each reservation stay is entitled for receiving one F&B or Spa hotel credit offer (Package A – RMB/HK$350 or Package B – RMB/HK$500) and is redeemable to the full cash value per stay. For details Cardmember could confirm with participating hotels during check-in.

8.       Offer is not applicable for settling against room rate, spend at retail shop, paid outs or car transfer, and not to be carried over for future bookings. Type of experience credit varies by property. The experience credit will be applied to eligible charges up to the amount of the experience credit. For details please check with participating
properties.

9.       Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, unconsumed monetary value cannot be refunded or exchanged in cash or other payment form.

10.   Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, membership discount, program benefit, group or negotiated rate.

11.   If the Credit is not fully utilized during your stay at participating The Ritz-Carlton properties, the remaining amount would be forfeited and cannot be used for the next transaction.

12.   Offer bookings must be made using an Eligible American Express Card and must be paid in full using that Card in the Eligible Cardmember's name, and that Eligible Cardmember must be traveling on the itinerary booked.

13.   Excludes payments made via third party establishments and payment processors (including, but not limited to, travel agents, third party delivery or take away services).

14.   Additional exclusions based on specific hotel restrictions may also apply (including,
without limitation, purchases within the hotel that are made with a third-party merchant and alcohol where prohibited by local ordinances).

15.   Cardmember must present your eligible American Express Card that you used to book the room package
during check-in; and to pay your bill upon check-out. Details please check with the Participating The Ritz-Carlton properties.

16.   If the eligible Cardmembers fails to present the correct eligible Card used for the booking, the hotel reserves the right to revoke the offer, and the guest will not be able to enjoy the Offers and will be required to pay the original room rate.

17.   Early check-in and room upgrade are subject to availability and provided at check-in.

18.   American Express acts solely as a payment provider and is not responsible or liable in the event that such services, activities or Benefits are not provided or fulfilled by the merchant.

19.   American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

21.   The Ritz-Carlton is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the offers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express International, Inc. or any of its affiliates (“American Express”) is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Offer and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.

22.   American Express and The Ritz-Carlton reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

23.   In case of any dispute, American Express and The Ritz-Carlton reserve the right of final decision.

24.   In the event of any inconsistency between the English and non-English language versions, the English language version shall prevail.
