- Offer of SHINGRIX Herpes Zoster/Shingles (Recombinant, adjuvanted) Vaccine (2 doses) is applicable to customers aged 50 or above, and doctor's consultation prior to the first dose of vaccination is included.
- Offer of HPV vaccine (9-in-1) (3 doses) is applicable to customers aged 15 or above, and doctor's consultation prior to the first dose of vaccination is included.
- Hepatitis A/B antigen and antibody report issued in last 3 months must be presented prior to Hepatitis A/HepatitisB/Hepatitis A&B vaccination. Extra fee for blood test will be applied shall the customers not to present a valid report.
- Offer is available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stock lasts.
- Advance reservation is required and usage of the offers must be indicated during reservation.
