• Blackout dates in 2026: New Year’s Day (Jan 1), Lunar New Year (Feb 14–22), 228 Peace Memorial Day holiday (Feb 27–Mar 1), Tomb-Sweeping Festival holiday (Apr 3–6), Labor Day holiday (May 1–3), Dragon Boat Festival holiday (Jun 19–21), Teacher’s Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holiday (Sep 25–28), National Day holiday (Oct 9–11), Retrocession Day holiday (Oct 24–26), Constitution Day holiday (Dec 25–27), and New Year’s Eve period (Dec 31–Jan 1, 2027).
• Except for the above blackout dates, the offer applies to both weekdays and holidays during the promotion period.
• Definition of weekdays: Sunday to Friday. Definition of holidays: Saturday, public holidays, and consecutive holidays.
• The American Express Cardmember must be one of the staying guests. If a Cardmember holds two or more American Express Cards, this offer cannot be used simultaneously. Both Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers are eligible.

• Daily breakfast will be provided according to the number of guests per room — up to 2 for Boutique Double Room and up to 4 for Family Quad Room.
• Check-in time at Inhouse Hotel Grand is after 3:00 PM; check-out time is before 11:00 AM.

• Reservations made through other channels (e.g., online travel agencies or travel agents) cannot be converted to this offer upon check-in.
• Cardmember must present their American Express Card upon registration and pay the full room fee with the Card to enjoy the offer.
• Inhouse Hotel Grand does not provide extra bed or extra guest services. Reservations cannot be modified or canceled and must comply with hotel regulations or the Tourism Bureau’s cancellation policy.
• In case of any discrepancies, the hotel’s official announcements shall prevail.

• 2026 dining offers apply on both weekdays and holidays. inn Café offers a 15% discount on weekdays (service charge waived) and service charge waiver on holidays. Alcoholic beverages are excluded from discounts.
• Weekdays: Monday to Friday. Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, and consecutive holidays.
• Applicable dining periods: lunch and dinner time.
• Each Card is limited to one discounted meal per day per dining period. Split bills or combined tables are not eligible.
• Dining offers apply only to in-restaurant dining and are not available for special dining events or packages (such as pool party packages, first birthday celebration packages, conference dining packages, etc.). Cannot be combined with other promotions or offers from other sales channels (e.g., group buying platforms, travel agencies).
• Advance telephone reservation is required. Please call +886-4-2201-1222 ext. 106 and mention the American Express offer. Reservations are subject to restaurant availability.
• In case of any discrepancies, the restaurant’s official announcements shall prevail.

• To enjoy the Offer, Eligible Cardmembers must make contactless payment with an Eligible Card, or via mobile wallet provisioned with an Eligible Card (excluding wallets which use the Eligible American Express Card as a funding source for QR code payments).
• Credit Card/charge Card only serves as payment method; American Express is not responsible for the quality of the merchandise or service provided. American Express Cardmember are advised to make a careful assessment before purchasing any merchandise or service.
• If any offer was not honored as stated, please contact American Express immediately. American Express will provide assistance within 90 days.
