- Limited to one table per Cardmember per visit. If the Cardmember holds two or more American Express Cards, they cannot be used together.
- Split bills and combined tables are not eligible. When principal and Supplementary Cardmembers dine together, the Cards cannot be combined for the same restaurant and same dining period through split tables or split bills.
