- Each Cardmember is limited to one reservation per person per booking. Cardmembers holding two or more American Express cards cannot use the offer simultaneously.
- Split bills or combined table purchases are not applicable. When a Basic and Supplementary Cardmember travel together, the Basic and Supplementary cards cannot be combined. This means that the Basic and Supplementary cards cannot be used together to enjoy the offer by splitting the table or paying the bill at the same restaurant and during the same dining period.
- The offer cannot be combined with other in-restaurant promotions and cannot be used as a cash discount, refund, or transfer.
- The limit is 12 people at the table and 8 people at the private room.

- Restaurants have minimum spending requirements, which must be observed.
