• Blackout Dates in 2027: New Year's holiday (Jan 1-3), Lunar New Year holiday (Feb 4-10), 228 Peace Memorial Day holiday (Feb 27-Mar 1), Qingming Festival holiday (Apr 3-6), Labor Day holiday (Apr 30-May 2).
• Except for the above periods, the promotion applies to all days during the period, regardless of weekdays or holidays (weekday and holiday definitions as per hotel).
• Holiday Surcharge Rules: Weekday price at 85% discount, then add surcharge; small holiday surcharge $200, holiday surcharge $1,200.
• Weekday Definition: Sunday to Thursday. Small Holiday Definition: Friday. Holiday Definition: Saturday.
• Cardmember must be one of the guests; if holding 2 or more American Express Cards, cannot use simultaneously.
• Breakfast provided daily based on actual paying guests.

• Must present American Express Card and pay full room fee with it at check-in to enjoy promo.
• Cancellations or changes must be notified 72 hours in advance.
• Extra guest and extra bed fees, changes or cancellations per hotel policy.
• For unstated matters, hotel announcements prevail.

• Excludes specific set menus, banquet tables, conferences, catering, takeout/delivery, gift sets, business lunches, bento boxes, drinks, alcohol, customized menus, meal vouchers, stored-value Cards, restaurant special promotions.
• Per person per Card, limited to 1 table per visit; if holding 2+ American Express Cards, cannot use simultaneously.
• Split bills or table merging not applicable. Primary and Supplementary Cardmembers dining together cannot combine Cards for same restaurant/same meal period via split tables/bills.
• Promo cannot combine with other store promotions, nor redeem for cash, refunds, or transfers.
• No dining guest limit.
• Reserve table in advance and inform of American Express promo at reservation; American Express does not guarantee reservations.
• Comply with restaurant minimum spend requirements.
• Other promo rules per restaurant on-site regulations/announcements.

• To enjoy the Offer, Eligible Cardmembers must make contactless payment with an Eligible Card, or via mobile wallet provisioned with an Eligible Card (excluding wallets which use the Eligible American Express Card as a funding source for QR code payments).
