- The American Express Cardmember must be one of the passengers.
- Reservations must be made at least 3 business days before the ride. Calculation examples:
- For a trip on Friday, July 31, 2026, the latest reservation and payment date is Monday, July 27, 2026 (the 3 business days counted are Tuesday–Thursday).
- For a trip on Monday, August 3, 2026, the latest reservation and payment date is Tuesday, July 28, 2026 (the 3 business days counted are Wednesday–Friday).
- The promotion applies to both weekdays and holidays during the campaign period.
- Additional charge periods in 2026:
- Dragon Boat Festival (June 19–21), Teachers’ Day & Mid-Autumn Festival (Sept 25–28), National Day (Oct 9–11), Retrocession Day (Oct 24–26), Constitution Day (Dec 25–27), New Year’s Eve (Dec 31).
- Additional charge periods in 2027:
- New Year’s Holiday (Jan 1–3), Lunar New Year Holiday (Feb 4–10), 228 Peace Memorial Day (Feb 27–Mar 1), Tomb-Sweeping Festival (Apr 3–6), Labor Day Holiday (Apr 30–May 2).
- Reservations must be made at least 7 business days in advance for the Lunar New Year holiday, and 5 business days in advance for other holiday periods.
- Pricing during holiday surcharge periods: The rates include festival and nighttime surcharges before applying other value-added services, and then the discount is calculated. All prices include a 5% business tax and no additional service fee. Final prices are subject to Aeroride’s official website.
- Reservation channel: https://www.aeroride.city/ (a dedicated reservation page for American Express Cardmembers will be launched later).
- Cancellation/modification policy: Must be made at least 5 hours prior to the ride. For example, if the trip is at 8:00 PM, cancellation must be completed by 2:59 PM for a free refund or rescheduling; otherwise, no refund will be issued.
- In case of discrepancies or unlisted items, refer to the announcements on the official website.
- To enjoy the Offer, Eligible Cardmembers must make contactless payment with an Eligible Card, or via mobile wallet provisioned with an Eligible Card (excluding wallets which use the Eligible American Express Card as a funding source for QR code payments).
- Credit Card/charge Card only serves as payment method; American Express is not responsible for the quality of the merchandise or service provided. American Express Cardmember are advised to make a careful assessment before purchasing any merchandise or service.
- If any offer was not honored as stated, please contact American Express immediately. American Express will provide assistance within 90 days.
- The offers are available to holders of a Basic or Supplementary American Express Card, issued either by American Express or a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express, unless otherwise stated.
