• Blackout dates in 2026: Dragon Boat Festival (June 19–21), Father’s Day (August 8), Teachers’ Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holiday (September 25–28), National Day holiday (October 9–11), Retrocession Day holiday (October 24–26), Constitution Day holiday (December 25–27), and New Year’s Eve (December 31). Blackout dates in 2027: New Year’s holiday (January 1–3), Lunar New Year holiday (February 4–10), 228 Peace Memorial Day holiday (February 27–March 1), Tomb-Sweeping Day holiday (April 3–6), and Labor Day holiday (April 30–May 2).
• Except for the above blackout periods, weekend surcharges (Friday to Sunday) and other additional charges will follow Grand Boss Hotel’s “weekday/peak-day holiday calendar” rules and announcements.
• To check in, the American Express Card must be presented, and the full room charge must be paid with the American Express Card to enjoy the offer.
• Any related terms or restrictions should be confirmed with the hotel in advance and are subject to the hotel’s announcements or on-site explanation.
• The Cardmember must be one of the guests staying in the room; if the Cardmember holds two or more American Express Cards, they cannot be used simultaneously.
• A 10% service charge based on the original price applies to the offer.
• Breakfast is provided daily based on the actual number of paid guests staying in the room.

• Each Card may be used once per day for the room offer. If the room was booked through another channel (such as an online travel agency or travel agency), it cannot be changed to this offer at check-in. The offer applies to both Basic  and Supplementary Cardmembers.
• The American Express Card must be presented at check-in, and the full room charge must be paid with the American Express Card to enjoy the offer.
• Cancellations or changes must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
• Extra guest charges, extra bed charges, changes, and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s rules.
• In case of any matters not covered above, the hotel’s announcements shall prevail.

• The offer does not apply to selected set menus, table menus, conferences, catering, takeaway/delivery, gift set menus, business lunches, lunch boxes, drinks, alcoholic beverages, customized menus, meal vouchers, stored-value Cards, special restaurant promotions, or banquets for 12 or more guests.
• Each person, each Card, and each visit is limited to one table per offer. If the Cardmember holds two or more American Express Cards, the Cards cannot be used simultaneously.
• Split bills or combined-table dining are not eligible. When the Basic  and Supplementary Cardmembers dine together, the Basic  and Supplementary Cards cannot be combined. In other words, at the same restaurant and during the same dining period, the Basic  and Supplementary Cards cannot both enjoy the offer by splitting the table or bill.
• The offer cannot be combined with other in-store promotions, and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred.
• Restaurants may have a minimum spending requirement, which must be observed.
• Other offer-related terms are subject to each restaurant’s on-site rules and announcements.

• To enjoy the Offer, Eligible Cardmembers must make contactless payment with an Eligible Card, or via mobile wallet provisioned with an Eligible Card (excluding wallets which use the Eligible American Express Card as a funding source for QR code payments).
• Credit Card/charge Card only serves as payment method; American Express is not responsible for the quality of the merchandise or service provided. American Express Cardmember are advised to make a careful assessment before purchasing any merchandise or service.
• If any offer was not honored as stated, please contact American Express immediately. American Express will provide assistance within 90 days.
• The offers are available to holders of a Basic or Supplementary American Express Card, issued either by American Express or a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express, unless otherwise stated.
• Offers are not transferrable or redeemable for cash, or used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, vouchers or privileges, unless otherwise stated.
• To redeem an offer, the purchase must be charged in full to an eligible American Express Card.
