Booking must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Room availability is limited daily, and confirmation of the promotional booking is subject to hotel availability. Booking channels: via phone reservation only.

Each Cardmember can book up to 2 rooms per night under the promotion. If the booking was made through other channels (e.g., online travel agencies or travel agents), it cannot be converted to this offer upon check-in.
Cardmembers must present their American Express Card at check-in and pay the full room amount with the same Card to enjoy the offer.
For cancellation or modification, please notify the hotel at least 72 hours in advance.
Extra guest or extra bed fees, as well as booking changes or cancellations, will follow the hotel’s regulations.

To enjoy the Offer, Eligible Cardmembers must make contactless payment with an Eligible Card, or via mobile wallet provisioned with an Eligible Card (excluding wallets which use the Eligible American Express Card as a funding source for QR code payments).
