- Shanyou Ramen operating hours: 11:30~21:00 (last order at 20:30).
- Shanyou Ramen Voucher: Each voucher can be redeemed for one bowl of ramen, except for the following flavors: Golden Tonkotsu Sea Bass Ramen, Sanyu Pork Cutlet Katsudon, Rich Tonkotsu Ramen with Cherry Duck Breast, and Invincible Tonkotsu Ramen. Other flavors are available for selection.
- Items included or gifted as part of the offer cannot be exchanged for other gifts, discounts, or other offers. In case of the selected gift is unavailable, it will be replaced with other merchandise of equivalent value without prior notice.
- Charges for extra guests, extra beds, and booking modifications or cancellations must be handled according to the hotel's policies.
