• Each stay includes NT$500 in free dining credit per room, which can be used to offset meals at Buttermilk Restaurant and the Music Bar. It is dine-in only, cannot be used for takeout, is only valid during the stay, and expires automatically after check-out; it cannot be extended, exchanged for change, or refunded in cash. For consecutive stays, the credit is granted only once.

• Except for the above dates, the offer applies on both weekdays and holidays, subject to the hotel’s definitions.
• Weekday definition: Sunday to Thursday. Holiday definition: Friday to Saturday.
• The Cardmember must be one of the staying guests; if the Cardmember holds 2 or more American Express Cards, they cannot be used at the same time.
• Each Card is limited to 3 rooms per day under this offer; bookings made through other channels, such as online travel agencies or travel agents, cannot be changed to this offer at check-in. This applies to Basic  and Supplementary Cardmembers.
• At check-in, the American Express Card must be presented, and the full room charge must be paid with the American Express Card to enjoy the offer.
• Cancellations or changes must be notified at least 72 hours in advance.
• Extra guest and extra bed charges, changes or cancellations, and any special date stay restrictions are subject to hotel policy.

• Split bills or merged tables are not eligible. When Basic  and Supplementary Cardmembers dine together, they cannot combine the Cards to enjoy the offer for the same restaurant and same meal period.
• This offer cannot be combined with other in-store promotions, and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or transferred.
• Dining is limited to 10 guests or fewer.
• The restaurant’s minimum spending requirement must be followed.

• To enjoy the Offer, Eligible Cardmembers must make contactless payment with an Eligible Card, or via mobile wallet provisioned with an Eligible Card (excluding wallets which use the Eligible American Express Card as a funding source for QR code payments).
• Credit Card/charge Card only serves as payment method; American Express is not responsible for the quality of the merchandise or service provided. American Express Cardmember are advised to make a careful assessment before purchasing any merchandise or service.
• If any offer was not honored as stated, please contact American Express immediately. American Express will provide assistance within 90 days.
