• Booking period: June 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026; Stay period: June 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026.
• Blackout dates in 2026: January 1, Chinese New Year (February 14–21), and December 31 (New Year’s Eve).
• Other than the above dates, the offer applies for both weekdays and weekends.
• Weekday definition: Sunday to Thursday. Busy Day definition: Friday, or the day before a public holiday. Holiday definition: Saturday, public holidays, and long weekends.
• The American Express Cardmember must be one of the staying guests. If a Cardmember holds two or more American Express Cards, they may not be used simultaneously. Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers are eligible.
• Regular room rate with additional 10% service charge and 5% tax applies.
• Breakfast will be provided based on the number of paying guests.
• Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Rooms are subject to availability. Booking channels:

• Each Card may book one room per night with the offer. Bookings made through other channels (such as OTAs or travel agents) cannot be adjusted to this promotion at check-in.
• The American Express Card must be presented and used to settle full payment during check-in.
• Cancellations or changes must be notified 72 hours in advance.
• Additional guests, room upgrades, or cancellations must follow hotel policy.
• For any unspecified matters, the hotel’s announcements shall prevail.

【Dining T&C】

• Blackout dates: Same as Hsinchu Hotel dining offer (Jan 1, Feb 14–22, etc. through Dec 31–Jan 1, 2027).
• Advance reservation required; please mention the use of the American Express offer. AMEX does not guarantee reservations.
• Offer not applicable to certain set menus, banquets, conferences, catering, takeout, gift boxes, business lunches, bento boxes, beverages, alcohol, customized menus, vouchers, stored-value Cards, special promotions, or events with more than 10 guests.
• Service charge of 10% and beverage charges apply on regular prices.
• Each Cardmember may use the offer for one table per visit.
• Bill-splitting or combining tables is not allowed. Basic and Supplementary Cards cannot be used together for multiple discounts in the same restaurant and dining period.
• Offer cannot be combined with other promotions or exchanged for cash, refunds, or transfer.
• Maximum 10 diners per table.
• Minimum spending policies apply as per restaurant rules.
• For any unspecified matters, refer to the restaurant’s announcements.

【Shared T&C】

• To enjoy the Offer, Eligible Cardmembers must make contactless payment with an Eligible Card, or via mobile wallet provisioned with an Eligible Card (excluding wallets which use the Eligible American Express Card as a funding source for QR code payments).
• Credit Card/charge Card only serves as payment method; American Express is not responsible for the quality of the merchandise or service provided. American Express Cardmember are advised to make a careful assessment before purchasing any merchandise or service.
• If any offer was not honored as stated, please contact American Express immediately. American Express will provide assistance within 90 days.
• The offers are available to holders of a Basic or Supplementary American Express Card, issued either by American Express or a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express, unless otherwise stated.
• Offers are not transferrable or redeemable for cash, or used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, vouchers or privileges, unless otherwise stated.
• To redeem an offer, the purchase must be charged in full to an eligible American Express Card.
