Except for the above blackout dates, the promotion applies on both weekdays and weekends.
Weekdays are defined as Sunday to Thursday; weekends are defined as Friday, Saturday, national holidays, and consecutive holidays.
The Cardmember must be one of the staying guests. If the Cardmember holds two or more American Express Cards, simultaneous use is not permitted. Both Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers are eligible.
The promotional rate includes a 10% service charge and 5% business tax.
Daily breakfast is provided according to the number of guests per room; the Deluxe Double Room (one king bed) includes breakfast for up to two guests.
Check-in time at Xining Branch is after 4:00 PM; check-out time is before 12:00 noon.

Bookings made through other channels (such as online travel agencies or traditional travel agents) cannot be changed to this offer at check-in.
The American Express Card must be presented at check-in, and the total room charge must be paid with the same Card to enjoy the discount.
Xining Branch does not provide extra beds, additional guests, or reservation modifications or cancellations. Requests are handled based on hotel policy or the Tourism Bureau’s cancellation regulations.
In case of any disputes, the hotel’s official announcement shall prevail.
