Enjoy a complimentary 60-minute iRent car rental voucher for the qualifying rental transaction when using Hotai Pay bound with an American Express Card in the iRent App and complete vehicle pick-up. Limited to 1,000 redemptions while supplies last.
- Offer is limited to 1,000 redemptions and is available while supplies last. By 11:59 PM on August 31, 2026, eligible users who use Hotai Pay bound with an American Express Card in the iRent App and complete a vehicle pick-up will receive one 60-minute iRent car rental voucher.
- The complimentary car rental voucher will be issued to eligible users immediately after the American Express Card is successfully bound and the vehicle pick-up is completed. Each iRent member is eligible to receive the voucher once only.
- Before binding a credit card to Hotai Pay in the iRent App, iRent members must first log in to (or register for) a HOTAI Member account. If the HOTAI Member account is unbound, Hotai Pay will also be unbound simultaneously.
- After vehicle pick-up is completed, the iRent voucher will be automatically credited to the eligible user’s iRent account within 5–10 minutes. If the voucher is not received after this period, please contact Hotai customer service for assistance.
- The complimentary voucher issued under this promotion may be used for the qualifying rental transaction.
- Voucher validity: The voucher must be used within 30 days after being credited by the system. The voucher is not applicable during the Lunar New Year period (subject to iRent’s announcement). Expired vouchers will not be reissued, redeemed for cash, or transferred to any third party.
- The complimentary iRent voucher may only be used toward car rental charges and does not apply to mileage fees, Safe Service fees, eTag charges, parking fees collected on behalf of third parties, or other additional fees.
- Only one voucher may be used per order to offset rental charges.
- Users of iRent shared vehicle and scooter services must comply with the iRent Membership Terms, vehicle usage regulations, and vehicle rental agreement.
- To enjoy the Offer, Eligible Cardmembers must make contactless payment with an Eligible Card, or via mobile wallet provisioned with an Eligible Card (excluding wallets which use the Eligible American Express Card as a funding source for QR code payments).
- Credit Card/charge Card only serves as payment method; American Express is not responsible for the quality of the merchandise or service provided. American Express Cardmember are advised to make a careful assessment before purchasing any merchandise or service.
- If any offer was not honored as stated, please contact American Express immediately. American Express will provide assistance within 90 days.
- Cardmember must comply with the on-site usage rules when redeeming offers. The actual operating conditions and any other matters not specified are subject to the rules and announcements of each store or branch.
- The offers are available to holders of a Basic or Supplementary American Express Card, issued either by American Express or a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express, unless otherwise stated.
